介绍了某注射模中的脱螺纹结构,该结构利用液压马达、光电传感器和注塑机绞牙计数功能驱动螺纹型芯转动,转速可调,转动圈数可控,采用齿轮和螺旋传动驱动模具推板和塑件做同步轴向运动,螺纹型芯不需逆转复位,节省了注射时间,提高了生产效率。
The thread demoulding mechanism in an injection mould was presented, it used hydraulic motor, photoelectric sensor and twist counting function of injection molding machine to drive threaded core rotating with adjustable speed and rotation turns. The movement of ejector and part was synchronous in the axial direction, which driven by a gear and a screw. The threaded core was without reverse reset, which saved injection time.
