摘要
以DK7732型快走丝线切割机床加工为例,分析了其在加工过程中的夹丝、断丝现象,提出了预防夹丝、断丝故障的措施及对策,对进一步提高快走丝线切割机床加工模具零件质量,完善和改进加工方法具有一定的指导作用。
Taking fast wire cutting machine DK7732 as an example, the phenomenon of wire seizing and wire breaking was analyzed and the corresponding measures were put forward.It has guiding significance to further improving the quality of mould part that made by fast wire cutting machine processing and the processing method.
