益气养阴法对中晚期肺癌免疫功能影响的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on Influence of the Advanced Lung Cancer Immune Function with Yiqi Yangyin Method

目的系统评价益气养阴法对中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法检索2005年-2014年中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、维普期刊数据库、万方数据库发表的相关文献,收集中医药益气养阴法联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌随机对照试验(RCT)。按纳入排除标准筛选试验、用改良Jadad法评价研究质量、提取有效数据,并采用Stata软件进行统计分析。结果最终纳入9个RCT研究,Meta分析进行组间比较,显示基线CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比较的P值均>0.05(分别为0.630、0.480、0.067),CD8+的P值<0.001。加用益气养阴中药干预后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+的P值均<0.05(分别为<0.001、0.009、<0.001),而CD8+的P值为0.562。结论益气养阴中药可提高晚期肺癌患者免疫功能,为中医扶正抗癌提供了临床证据。

Objective To evaluate qi and systemic evaluation on the immune function of patients with middle-late stage lung cancer. Methods To retrieve the 2005 to 2014 Chinese biomedical literature database,China journal full-text database and VIP journals database,a database of ten thousand published literature,and collect traditional Chinese medicine yiqi yangyin methond and chemotherapy treatment of advanced lung cancer randomised controlled tria（lRCT）. According to the inclusion,exclusion criteria screening test,scored by using the improved Jadad method,extracted available data,then we used the Stata software for statistical analysis. Results In the end we selected 9 RCT studies,meta-analysis comparing between groups,according to the baseline of CD＋3,CD＋4,CD＋4/CD＋8comparison of P〉0.05（0.630,0.480,0.067 respectively）,and CD＋8P〈0.001. Combined with yiqi yangyin Chinese traditional medicine after the intervention of CD＋＋3,CD4,CD＋4/CD＋8P〈0.05（〈0.001,0.009,〈0.001 respectively）,and CD＋8P value is 0.562. Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Chinese traditional medicine can improve the immune function of patients with advanced lung cancer,provides clinical evidence for TCM anticancer.
