氯乙烯生产装置节能优化技改总结

摘要 分析氯乙烯生产过程影响电石和触媒消耗的主要因素,通过技术改造降低了原辅物料消耗,电石单耗从1.42 t降至1.38 t,触媒单耗从1.74 kg降至1.15 kg。 The main factors of influencing the consumptions of calcium carbide and catalyst in the production of vinyl chloride were analyzed. The consumptions of raw materials and auxiliary materials were reduced by technological transformation. Calcium carbide consumption dropped from 1.42 t to 1.38 t, the catalyst consumption decreased from 1.74 kg to 1,15 kg.
