车用柴油机两级涡轮增压系统匹配研究

摘要 为满足柴油机动力性、经济性的要求,将原机由单级涡轮增压系统改造成两级涡轮增压系统,来实现将原机的最大扭矩提高40%。针对扭矩强化目标,算出匹配点所需的空气量与进气压力。根据计算结果,为两级增压系统选取了高、低压级增压器,并画出两级涡轮增压器与柴油机的联合运行图与高低级压气机压比分配图,通过实验验证了所选涡轮增压器的正确性。 In order to improve power performance and fuel economy for vehicle diesel engine,the one-stage turbocharging system of the original machine is reformed for two-stage turbocharging system to achieve maximum torque increase by 30%. Based on the strengthening goal for diesel engine,the air quantity and inlet pressure are calculated. According to the calculation result,the high and low pressure stage turbochargers for the two-stage turbocharging system are selected. The integrated operation figure of diesel engine and the figure of pressure ratio distribution are given. The calculating result matches well with the experiment result,which verifies the two-stage turbocharging system is appropriate.
