摘要 江苏商贸职业学院提出并实践软件技术专业"333"人才培养模式,即"三方联动、三层递进、三证结合"。该模式以学校、高新技术产业园、软件企业三方联动为平台,以开展专业通用项目、企业仿真项目和企业全真项目三层递进训练为抓手,以国家相应职业资格证书、印度信息职业技术学院(NIIT)课程培训证书和学校毕业证书相结合为标准,在企业导师和专业教师的共同努力下,培养出具有国际视野,发展型、复合型和创新型的软件行业技术技能人才。经实践,该模式在推进专业建设和人才培养方面成效显著。 Jiangsu Vocational College of Business proposes and practices "333"talent training mode for software specialty, namely,"three-party linkage, three-layer progressiveness, three-certificate combination". The three parties are school, high and new tech industry park and software enterprise. The three layers are specialty general project, enterprise simulation project and enterprise genuine project. The three certificates mean the national job qualification certificate, NIIT curriculum training certificate and graduation certificate. With the joint efforts of the enterprise mentors and school teachers, the school tries to cultivate developmental, versatile and innovative talents with international vision. As practice confirms, this mode has a remarkable effect on promoting the professional development and personnel training.
