摘要
通信企业尤其是通信运营企业,对于员工培训的需求一直非常大,然而在借助各类"外脑"经历了形式各异、种类繁多的培训后,通信企业对于培训的需求逐渐趋于理性,对于如何降低培训费用、提升培训效能进行了诸多探索,其中逐步受到企业重视的一项工作就是企业内训师队伍的建设与管理。文章通过对企业内训师选拔、内训师使用、内训师激励等问题的探讨,分析通信企业内训师队伍建设和激励的关键因素和提升内训师效能的措施。
Communication enterprises, especially communication operation enterprises, always have a strong demand for the staff training, but after all kinds of trainings taught by the external trainers, the communication enterprises tend to be more rational. They try to find ways to reduce the training costs and enhance the training effectiveness. So, the construction and management of internal trainers has become more and more important. This paper explores the selection, use and incentive of the internal trainers. It also analyzes the key factors of the team construction and incentive and ways to improve the efficiency of the internal trainers.
