摘要 课堂教学是一项极为复杂的复合行为,观察教室里的活动,可以指导教师进行课堂观察,也会影响学生的学习,促进教师对教学行为更为细致的把握与深刻的理解。通过分析课堂观察的领域和影响教师课堂观察的因素,实现在课堂观察视觉下提高课堂教学效率的模式与方法。观察教学行为时必须熟悉观察的内容,明确观察的目的,具备相应的观察方法。加强教师课堂观察能力的培养,拓展教师的视野,丰富教师的知识,机智灵活的教学行为,提高教师的课堂教学效率。 Classroom teaching is a highly-complex compound behavior. By observing the activities of the classroom, teachers can have more detailed and profound understanding of the teaching behavior, which can also affect the students' learning. Through the analysis of the field of classroom observation and the factors that influence teachers' classroom observation, we can find modes and methods to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. To observe the teaching behaviors, we should be familiar with the contents of the observation, the purpose of the observation and have the corresponding methods of observation. We should also strengthen the cultivation of teachers' classroom observation ability, expand the teachers' field of vision, enrich the teachers' knowledge and promote flexible teaching behavior to improve the efficiency of teachers' classroom teaching.
