By observing the activities of the classroom, teachers can have more detailed and profound understanding of the teaching behavior, which can also affect the students＇ learning. Through the analysis of the field of classroom observation and the factors that influence teachers＇ classroom observation, we can find modes and methods to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. To observe the teaching behaviors, we should be familiar with the contents of the observation, the purpose of the observation and have the corresponding methods of observation. We should also strengthen the cultivation of teachers＇ classroom observation ability, expand the teachers＇ field of vision, enrich the teachers＇ knowledge and promote flexible teaching behavior to improve the efficiency of teachers＇ classroom teaching.
