转型发展背景下大学英语分层教学路径研究——基于河南省新建本科院校的实证研究

Study on college English graded teaching under the background of transformation development——based on the empirical study of newly-built universities in Henan

如何开展分层教学,提高分层教学的效果已成为转型背景下河南省新建本科院校大学英语教学的工作重点。分层教学的开展应有科学的指导原则与合理的分层方案。高校应从四个方面努力以提高英语分层教学的效果:一是加强宣传教育,唱响分层教学"主旋律";二是构建"和谐"课堂,营造"乐学"氛围;三是全面提升教师"颜值",完善考评激励机制;四是建立师生互动平台,及时反馈教学效果。

How to improve the effectiveness of college English graded teaching of the non-English majors is becoming one of the most important tasks for the colleges of Henan Province. Graded teaching of college English should be guided by right and proper principles as follows： Firstly,The colleges should make every students know the purpose of graded teaching so they can cooperate with their teachers; Secondly, teachers should try to create the active atmosphere which can stimulate students＇ enthusiasm and desire of learning. Thirdly, the colleges and teachers should take measures to improve the teachers＇ comprehensive abilities and establish the mechanism of assessment and incentives. Lastly, the teachers should create an interactive platform between teachers and students so that teachers can change their teaching plans and methods according to the feedback from their students.
