早产儿PICC发生细菌定植和导管堵塞的危险因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析早产儿PICC发生细菌定植和导管堵塞的危险因素。方法选取53例留置PICC的早产儿为研究对象,收集患儿的各项临床资料,通过单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析,了解早产儿留置PICC发生导管尖端细菌定植和导管堵塞的危险因素。结果导管尖端细菌培养阳性7例,阴性46例;导管堵塞11例,未堵塞42例;早产儿出生体质量为导管细菌定植的保护因素,肢体肿胀为导管细菌定植的危险因素;PICC留置时间、出血是PICC发生导管堵塞的危险因素。结论早产儿PICC发生导管细菌定植的危险因素为肢体肿胀,发生导管堵塞的危险因素是导管留置时间和出血。 Objective To analyze risk factors of bacterial colonization and catheter occlusion for premature infants with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Method Collect clinical information of 53 premature infants with PICC.Study on the risk factors of tip bacterial colonization and catheter occlusion for premature infants with PICC by single factor and multiple Logistic regression analysis.Result 7cases are positive and 46 are negative in bacterial culture.Catheter occlusion occur in 11 cases and 42 cases are not occluded.Birth weight is the protective factor and extremities swelling is the risk factor of bacterial colonization.Indwelling time and hemorrhage are risk factors of catheter occlusion.Conclusion Risk factor of bacterial colonization for premature infants with PICC is extremities swelling.Risk factors of catheter occlusion are indwelling time and hemorrhage.
