摘要
目的：建立大孔吸附树脂-HPLC-DAD法测定知黄汤中梓醇含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为shim-pack VP-ODS C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（1∶99）,检测波长210nm,流速1.0m L/min。结果：梓醇在0.88-8.8μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9996）,平均回收率为99.01%,RSD=0.3%（n=6）。结论：该方法快速、简便、准确、可靠,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an macroporous resin and HPLC- DAD method of Determination capaltol in Zhi- huang decoction. Methods： The sample was separated on a Shimadzu VP- ODS（ 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5 μm）with acetonitrile – 0. 1% Phosphoric acid（ 1： 99）. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. The flow rate was1. 0m L / min. Result： The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0. 88 - 8. 8μg（ r = 0. 9996）. The average recovery of the method was 99. 01%. The RSD of precision of the sample was 0. 3%（ n = 6）. Conclusion： The results showed that this method was rapid,simple,accurate and reliable,and it could be used for quality control of Zhi- huang decoction.
