基础代谢率评估腹膜透析充分性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究基础代谢指标静息能量消耗(REE)与腹膜透析充分性的关系,探讨是否可用REE预测腹膜透析充分性。方法收集新入腹膜透析62例患者一般情况、生化、腹膜平衡试验、Ccr、Kt/V及REE等资料,根据REE高低分为2组,对组间各项资料进行统计分析。结果两组间性别差异明显,高REE组均为男性,低REE组男性仅为19.4%,且两组尿素氮、血肌酐、尿素氮总量、血磷存在统计学差异;两组间尿素清除指数(Kt/V)也存在统计学差异,但肌酐清除率(Ccr)差异无统计学意义。结论 REE能较好反映腹膜透析患者血肌酐、尿素氮及Kt/V水平,REE越高透析充分性越低,因此,REE可能可以作为预测腹膜透析透析充分性的指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between REE and peritoneal dialysis adequacy.Methods To enrolled 62 patients who newly accepted CAPD,and collected data of biochemical index、REE、PET、Ccr and Kt/V.Based on the Value of REE,the patients were divided into two groups,high and low REE.Then to analysis the difference between two groups.Results The difference in sex was very obviously,the high REE group patients all were male,then male patients in low REE groups was only 19.4%.There were statistical significance in serum BUN、Cr、phosphor and Kt/V,but no statistical significance in Ccr.Conclusion REE can reflects the level of serum BUN Cr and Kt/V,so REE may be an index to predict the adequacy of peritoneal dialysis.
