残余肾功能对维持性血液透析患者的影响 被引量:7

摘要 维持性血液透析患者残余肾功能(RRF)带来的益处越来越受到业界的重视,有相关文献提出RRF可以极大的提高透析患者的生存率以及在一定程度上改善患者的生活质量。透析患者残余肾功能是肾功能毁损后尚健存肾组织的滤过和内分泌功能。由于残存的肾单位还可产生少量的活性产物,并且排出相当一部分代谢废物,尤其是一般透析难以清除的中大分子物质,而这些作用在调节机体的体液平衡、改善透析患者贫血、
