髓源抑制性细胞的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 免疫抑制是肿瘤患者治疗疗效差、预后不理想的重要原因之一。肿瘤免疫抑制不仅与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展有关,而且与肿瘤免疫治疗疗效不佳及治疗后复发密切相关。因而改善或逆转免疫抑制对成功治疗肿瘤具有十分重要的意义。多种免疫细胞成分,如髓源抑制性细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)、肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophage,TAM)、调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,
