摘要
该文用平面波展开法计算了钴椭圆柱散射体正方排列在氧化铕基底中的二维磁振子晶体带结构.结果显示,同样的填充率下,旋转椭圆柱散射体可以打开更多的带隙,说明旋转椭圆柱散射体对磁振子晶体带隙有很好的优化作用.
In this paper, the plane wave expansion method is used to calculate the cobalt elliptic cylinders with square arrangement of a crystal band structure of two-dimensional magnetic oscillators with in the basement of europium oxide.Results show that under the same filling rate, rotating elliptic cylinder scatterers can open more band gaps, proving that the rotating elliptic cylinder scatterers has a good optimization effect on Magnon crystal band gaps.
