蒙古扁桃油油脂化学特征常数的测定

The Measurement of the Chemical Characteristic Constants of Prunus Mongolica Oil

蒙古扁桃是蒙古高原的古老残余种,是荒漠地区的水土保持植物和景观植物,是近年来新型的油料植物。采用滴定法和碘量法对蒙古扁桃油脂的酸价和过氧化值进行了测定,用韦氏法测定蒙古扁桃油脂的碘值。结果表明,蒙古扁桃油脂的酸价为0.534mg/g,过氧化值为0.84 mmol/kg,碘值为111.6 g/100g。表明蒙古扁桃油脂是一种不易变质腐败,抗氧化性强,含有不饱和脂肪酸丰富的新型油脂。

Purnus Mongolica is an old remaining plant on the Mongolian Plateau—the landscape plant for sightseeing to conserve water and soil in the deserts and the recent oil plant. With the titration method and the iodometry method are used to measure the acid value and the peroxide value of Purnus Mongolica oil;the Wijs method is used to test the Iodine of its oil.The result shows that the acid value of Purnus Mongolica grease is 0.534mg/g,its peroxide value is 0.84 mmol/kg, and its Iodine value is 111.6g/100 g. The result shows that Pumus mongolica oil has become a new type of oil with a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids and with strong resistance to rancidity and oxidation.
