职业院校大学生体育行为特征研究

The Research on the Characteristics of College Students' Sports Behavior of in Vocational Colleges

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等对职业院校大学生体育行为进行研究,发现:职业院校大学生体育行为整体呈现传统化、目的化、任性化、低成本常态化、后意识化等行为特征;经济、教育背景、体育回报率等因素是影响其体育行为的主要因素;建议:正确认知高职大学生的特性、领导重视、强化体育氛围、丰富课程内容等以促进大学生体育行为的长远发展。

The methods of literature review and expert interviews are chosen to study professional college students＇ sports behavior. The result shows that professional sports college students＇ conducts on a whole tend to be stylized,purpose-oriented, self-willed, low-costly normalized, and post-conscious; and their conducts of such a kind are mainly influenced economically, educationally, and low-rewardingly. So the suggestions should be aimed at the long-term development of college students＇ sports behavior by means of correctly cognizing the characteristics of vocational college students, leaders＇ attachment of the importance to the strengthening of sports atmosphere, and richening their course contents.
