Construction and Application of the EVM System Based on Quadruple Dimensionalities

挣值管理作为一种现代项目成本管理方法,在实践中得到了普遍的应用和推广,在理论上也得到了广泛和持续的研究。然而,现有的挣值管理无论是在理论研究上还是在实际应用中,在维度集成方面还存在不足,有进一步拓展的必要与可能。在原有成本和时间两重维度的基础上,引入范围和质量两重维度进行扩展,同时新增相关评价指标,由此对挣值管理体系进行重新构建,可深化挣值管理的集成管理程度,提高其应用性。

As a modern method of project cost management,Earned Value Management（EVM）has a universal application and promotion in practice,and has also been extensive and ongoing research in theory. However,the existing Earned Value Management has deficiencies in the dimensionalities integration both in theoretical research and in practical applications;so there is the necessity and possibility of further expansion.By introducing the two dimensionalities（range and quality）as an spread to the EVM and adding some relevant evaluation index to the original basis of two dimensionalities（cost and schedule）,it realizes the rebuilding of EVM system and meantime it gives a specific applied and empirical study.It will deepen the integration of EVM and increase its applicability.
