摘要
为了解高校知识管理态度、因素与学校效能三者的现况及关系,采用问卷调查法,对所得资料整理分析,得出结论:现况方面以知识应用最好而知识分享较低落,资讯科技设备层面表现最好而评核层面较低落,校长效能层面最佳而家长效能层面表现不理想;在关系方面以知识应用和家长效能、领导与策略和行政效能、知识创新和领导与策略等相关最高。
To understand the current situation and the relationship among university knowledge management approach,the factors and school effectiveness,the paper uses questionnaires,analysis of the obtained data compilation,it concludes that:the current situation in terms of low knowledge sharing and the best knowledge application best,the best information technology equipment and low efficacy of assessment,the best efficacy of principals but low-level parents effectiveness;the performance in relations with parents and the effectiveness of the application of knowledge,leadership and strategy,and administrative efficiency,knowledge,innovation and leadership and policy are highly correlated.Some recommendations are proposed.
