高等学校知识管理与学校效能的研究——以福建省部分高校为例

Research on Higher Education Knowledge Management and School Effectiveness:Taking some Colleges and Universities in Fujian Province as an Example

为了解高校知识管理态度、因素与学校效能三者的现况及关系,采用问卷调查法,对所得资料整理分析,得出结论:现况方面以知识应用最好而知识分享较低落,资讯科技设备层面表现最好而评核层面较低落,校长效能层面最佳而家长效能层面表现不理想;在关系方面以知识应用和家长效能、领导与策略和行政效能、知识创新和领导与策略等相关最高。

To understand the current situation and the relationship among university knowledge management approach,the factors and school effectiveness,the paper uses questionnaires,analysis of the obtained data compilation,it concludes that：the current situation in terms of low knowledge sharing and the best knowledge application best,the best information technology equipment and low efficacy of assessment,the best efficacy of principals but low-level parents effectiveness;the performance in relations with parents and the effectiveness of the application of knowledge,leadership and strategy,and administrative efficiency,knowledge,innovation and leadership and policy are highly correlated.Some recommendations are proposed.
