摘要
旋光效应在溶液性质和浓度快速检测中有着重要的应用。以马吕斯实验现象为基础,以PIN光电二极管为偏振光信号探测器,以STM32F103微处理器为核心,对光信号进行数据采集、处理和显示,设计了一套旋光效应实验演示系统。该系统具有操作简便、测量精度高、用户界面友好和实验现象直观等优点,能满足课堂辅助教学的需要,还可应用于工农业生产中旋光性溶液的性质和浓度快速检测。
The optical rotation effect has an important application in the fast detection of solution property and its concentration.In this paper,on the basis of Marius experiment phenomenon,PIN photoelectric diode is used as the polarized light signal detector,STM32F103 microprocessor is used as a kernel to collect,process and display the optical signal data,a set of experiment demonstration systems for optical rotation effect are designed.The system has the advantages of simple operation,high measurement precision,friendly user interface and the intuitive experimental phenomena,etc.The system can meet the requirements of assisted class-teaching,and it can be used for fast detection of optical rotation solution property and its concentration in industrial and agricultural production.
