摘要
在对油田常用的常规型抽油机、异相曲柄平衡抽油机、前置型抽油机结构进行分析的基础上提出了一种新型的变向前置型游梁式抽油机结构,其设计思路是在考虑抽油机的动力性能、能耗的条件下,对游梁式抽油机的结构进行改进,通过将驴头倒置,在驴头与井口间增设一套变向绳轮机构,从而实现光杆运动与驴头运动反向组合。这种改进使新型抽油机具有冲程长、承载能力强、能耗低、运动平稳等优点。该抽油机结构型式在长冲程抽油机设计方面具有明显的优势。
On the basis of analyzing the structures of commonly used conventional beam-balanced pumping units,phase crank-balanced pumping units,front-mounted beam pumping units in the oilfields,a new structure of turning frontmounted beam pumping unit is put forward.The design idea is to improve the structure of the beam pumping units in consideration of the dynamic performance and power consumption of pumping unit.By putting a donkey-head upside down,a turning sheave mechanism is placed between the donkey head and the wellhead,by which a reversed motion combination is obtained between the polishing rod and the donkey head.The improvement has the advantages for new pumping unit,such as longer stroke,stronger load capacity,lower energy consumption and smooth movement,etc.This improved structure has obvious advantages in the design of long stroke pumping unit.
