一种新型悬挂封隔器的研究与应用

Development and Test of the Hanger Packer

针对塔里木深井、超深井裸眼水平段分段压裂改造中,悬挂封隔器无法一趟管柱满足坐封丢手回插作业的要求,研制了新型悬挂封隔器。该悬挂封隔器是一种具有插管功能的液压封隔器,耐高温177℃,耐高压70MPa,通径达到101.60mm,特殊的锯齿螺纹送入丢手回插可靠,最大承受拉力100t。通过室内试验和现场应用,证明了该悬挂封隔器结构合理,密封丢手可靠,能满足塔里木地区水平井裸眼完井分段压裂的工况要求。

A new hanger packer is developed in consideration of the situation of difficult for meeting the requirement of setting,releasing and repatching operations thru one string,its high temperature is 177℃,high pressure resistance is70 MPa,its maximum tensile force is 100 t.Its inner drift diameter is up to 101.60 mm,specific buttress thread ensures reliability of sending and releasing and repatching.The laboratory test and field application show that the packer's structure is reasonable and its sealing and releasing are reliable,this packer can meet the requirement of partition fracturing in horizontal well open hole packer well completion technology in deep wells from the Tarim Area.
