摘要 被动式超低能耗建筑作为新一代高效节能、健康舒适的建筑,越来越受到业内及政府的关注。本文对国内首个被动式低能耗居住建筑节能设计标准进行了研究和梳理,介绍了被动式居住建筑在设计时需要满足的基本要求,以及相关的技术点和措施。同时,在研究被动式超低能耗建筑指标体系的基础上,对国内已经建成或正在建设被动房的特点进行了总结。 Ultra-Low-Energy Buildings as a new generation of energy efficient, healthy and comfortable buildings, the industry and government pay more and more attention to the passive and ultra-low-energy building. This article summarizes the first of design standard for Ultra-Low-Energy Buildings in China. This article also explains the basic requirements of Ultra-Low-Energy Buildings need to be met in the design, as well as relevant technology and measures. In addition, This article summarizes the already built or are building passive houses on the basis of passive ultra-low energy buildings index system in China.
