摘要
在倡导节能减排的今天,生物质能的利用作为替代化石燃料、减少环境污染和CO,排放的重要手段,应当得到重视。但由于在政策上的缺失和经济上的顾虑,生物质燃料的应用并不尽如人意,在一些生物质充足的地区,燃煤锅炉向燃气锅炉的改造依然比生物质锅炉具有更高的优先级,这体现出人们对于生物质能在认识上的不足。本文从新型评价指标"4E"体系出发,定量的比较燃煤、燃气、生物质锅炉在经济成本、环境排放上的差异,充分考虑传统燃煤锅炉在经济上的优势和生物质锅炉在环境排放上的效益,并结合碳交易所产生的环境价值,以目前大力发展的燃气锅炉为约束指标,探究燃煤锅炉和生物质锅炉合理的负荷配比,以达到节省化石燃料,减少环境污染和碳排放的目的。
Nowadays, we are more and more advocating energy conservation and emissions reduction and the use of biomass which can replace fossil fuels also is an important mean to reduce environmental pollution and CO2 emissions worth our attention. However, due to the lack of policy and economic concerns, the application of biomass fuel is not satisfactory. The transformation of coal- fired boilers to gas boiler still has a higher priority level than the biomass boiler, which reflects the lack of knowledge about the biomass. From the new evaluation "4E" system starting quantitatively compare the differences coal, gas, biomass boilers on the economic costs and environmental emissions, fully taking into account traditional coal-fired boiler's advantages in the economic and biomass boilers' benefit on in environmental emissions, combined with environmental values generated through carbon trading, vigorously develop the gas boiler for the constraint index, explore the reasonable load ratio of coal-fired boilers and biomass boilers, in order to achieve the saving of fossil fuels, reduce environmental pollution and carbon obiective emissions.
