用户质调节与热网等温差调节一致性研究

Consistency Research on Constant Flow Regulation in User Side and Variable Flow Regulation of Equivalent Temperature Difference in Network

本文主要对建筑入口处采用单向混水的分栋调节供暖系统进行调节一致性研究,讨论用户采用质调节、热网采用等温差调节的调节方式时,热网与用户在不同流量分配情况下实现控制的可能性,得出了可行性方案,并且对各方案在用户室温的波动性,实现的难易性以及合理性上进行了分析,对由于地域不同带来的组合方法上的差异进行了研究,使调节更加具有实用性。另外,本文分别研究了水泵定转速、分档调节和变频调节三种情况下的室温波动,从经济性角度对三种方法进行了比较。

The article mainly focus on the heating system of unidirectional mixing water, and research on the adjust consistency of different buildings. We discussed when the users adjust in constant flow control and the heat pipes adjust in equal temperature regulation, the possibility of control when the heat pipes and users are with different flow allocation proportion, and get feasible scheme. And the volatility of each scheme in user at room temperature, difficulty of implementation and rationality are analyzed. And the different region of the differences of combination method are studied to make the adjustment more practical. In addition, this paper studied the water pump rotate speed, step adjustment and frequency conversion adjustment the three cases of room temperature fluctuations. Three methods are compared from the angle of economics.
