摘要
老酒是指那些在高于50%vol的优质瓶装酒经过十几年乃至几十年正常存放后的酒。通过观色、闻香、品味、观察摇晃酒瓶后的泡沫状况、体验酒倒在手心的感觉及空杯留香时间可以判断白酒贮存期的长短。
Laojiu refers to the good quality bottle liquor in which the alcohol is above 50 degree under normal storage over ten years or even decades. The storage time can be judged by its color, aroma, taste, foam appearance after shaking the bottle, experience of pouring liquor in the palm and the time of fragrance remained in an emptied cup.
