摘要
通过对不同堆积地点的西凤人工窖泥在培养过程中的理化指标,包括水分、pH、氨态氮、有效磷、腐殖质、己酸菌数目等进行追踪检测及对比分析,利用人工窖泥的分析结果来优化西凤人工窖泥的和制配方,并对培养过程中的现场维护以及后期使用过程中的养护提出了相应的建议。
Pits of different locations, and the physicochemical index, including moisture content, p H value, ammonia nitrogen content,available phosphorus content, humus content, and caproic acid bacteria amount in artificial pit mud were traced and detected during the culture process. Meanwhile, the corresponding measures to improve pit mud formula, field management, and pits maintenance were put forward.
