一株产蓝色素菌株的筛选及初步鉴定

Isolation and Preliminary Identification of Strains Producing Blue Pigment

从土壤中分离得到一株产蓝色素的放线菌,并将其编号为D2013。经过形态特征、培养特征以及结合生理生化反应初步鉴定该菌株;结果表明,该菌株是一种典型的链霉菌。通过与已知产蓝色素链霉菌碳源利用情况及生理生化特性的比较;比较发现菌株D2013可能为新种,暂将其命名为链霉菌D2013。

One strain of actinomyce which can produce blue pigment was isolated from the soil, and named D2013. Through morphological and physiological combined with biochemical reactions preliminary identification of the strain. The results showed that the strain was identified as one strain of the genus Streptomyces sp.. Compared D2013 and the strains known to produce blue pigments, which carbon source utilization results and physiological and biochemical characteristics. The results found that this strain isolated was likely to be a new member of the Streptomyces sp., tentatively named it Streptomyces sp.D2013.
