鲜瑶药“鸟不站”与茶籽油联合治疗褥疮患者的临床探析

Clinical analysis of Yao medicine "Aralia elata" combine with Camellia oil treatment bedsore in 100 cases

目的观察鲜瑶药鸟不站联合茶籽油治疗褥疮的临床疗效,探究该治疗方式的临床有效性。方法选取2014年5月至2015年6月期间医院收治的100例褥疮患者作为研究对象,随机原则将患者分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组给予茶籽油+"鸟不站"碾碎后外涂。结果经治疗,观察组治疗后临床总有效率为94.0%,观察组患者平均愈合时间为(6.7±2.9)d,均优于对照组;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鲜瑶药"鸟不站"与茶籽油联合用在褥疮治疗中明显能促进创面愈合,疗效好,安全性高,值得加以推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Aralia elata and Camellia oil in the treatment of bedsore,inquiry the clinical treatment effective way. Methods 100 cases with bedsore from May,2014 to June,2015 by hospital treated were selected as the subjects,who were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. The control group received the conventional treatment,the observation group received Camellia oil ＋ ＂ Aralia elata ＂ after the crushed coated. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 94%,the average healing time was（ 6. 7 ± 2. 9） day,all of these was better than the control group（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusions Yao medicine ＂ Aralia elata＂ and Camellia oil combine can promote wound healing in the treatment of bedsore obviously,good curative effect,high safety,it is worth to be popularized.
