Research development of Asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome(ACOS)

哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征是哮喘合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的一种特殊慢性疾病,具有哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病特点。目前对于此病还没有统一的诊断和治疗标准。本文通过流行病学和病因、临床症状、辅助检查、诊断方法和治疗等五个方面介绍哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征的研究进展。

Asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome（ ACOS） is the specific chronic disease,which asthma combines with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）. ACOS has the both clinical characters of asthma and COPD. So far,the diagnosis and treatment for ACOS are not consistently defined. The review will provide an update on the epidemiology,pathophysiology,clinical symptoms,auxiliary examinations,diagnostic methods and therapy associated with the ACOS.
