构建高职医学检验专业“三段渐进式”创新职业技能训练模式

Training model construction of innovate vocational skills of Three Gradual Sections of clinical test specialty in higher vocational colleges

为培养学生既能面向各层次医疗单位的专业需求,又能适应社会对高级检验人才职业化、技术化的培养需要,根据医学检验技术专业的职业素质和实践能力的培养目标及其特点,从本专业的培养模式、理论课程体系及实验实训教学过程进行了系统改革创新,运用"任务驱动、项目引导、教学做合一、仿真模拟"为教学导向,提出构建"先夯实基础、再拓展综合、后仿真模拟"的"三段渐进式"创新技能训练模式。

To cultivate students and orient the professional needs of medical unit at all levels,and to adapt to training needs of professionalism and technicalization of advanced inspection personnel,based on training objective and characteristic of professional quality and practical ability of clinical test specialty,innovating the training mode,theory curriculum system and the experiment practice teaching process,applying teaching direction of task-driven,project-guidance,Teach-Learn-Do amalgamation and analogue simulation,this paper puts forward to building training model of innovate vocational skills of three gradual sections which are consolidating the basis firstly,expanding comprehensive secondly and analogue simulation lastly.
