舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术室中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of comfortable nursing with general surgery patients in laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨和观察普外科手术室应用舒适护理的效果分析。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月在我院普外科接受腹腔镜手术的患者94例,按照随机数字表的方法将其分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=47),予以对照组常规护理措施,予以观察组舒适护理措施。对两组患者手术中的配合情况、干预前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分、生活质量进行比较。结果观察组患者的手术配合率为93.63%,明显高于对照组的74.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者SDS和SAS得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后比较干预前有明显的改善效果,但是观察组的改善效果比对照组的要更为显著(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对普外科腹腔镜手术患者应用舒适护理,不仅可以改善患者的心理状态,并且可以促进患者预后的生活质量,达到最佳的治疗效果。

Objective To explore and observe the effect of comfortable nursing with general surgery patients in the laparoscopic surgery. Methods 94 laparoscopic surgery patients of general surgery from January2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 47） and the control group（ n = 47）. The patients of the control group were given usual nursing care,the patients of the observation group were given pain nursing joint psychological nursing care. On two groups of patients surgery cooperate with the operation, before and after surgery of SDS scores with SAS scores, satisfaction with nursing service.Results Observation group of patients with surgery at a rate of 93. 63%,significantly higher than the control group of 74. 47%,differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; two groups of patients before operation of SDS and SAS score difference had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）,after surgery compared before surgery had obvious improvement effect,but the improvement of the observation group effect was more pronounced than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the quality of life in the observation group was obviously better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions General surgery patients in the laparoscopic surgery use comfortable nursing,not only can improve the patient＇s psychological state,but also can improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and get the best therapeutic effect.
