舒适护理在手术室整体护理中的运用探讨

Application of comfortable nursing to holistic nursing care in operation room

目的探讨在实施手术室整体护理过程中,观察舒适护理的临床应用价值。方法选择我院2013年8月至2015年8月手术患者104例。通过抽签法对手术患者实施随机分组。选择D1组(观察组52例)以及D2组(对照组52例)表示本次研究两组手术患者的组别名称。D1组:选择常规护理+舒适护理的方法;D2组:选择常规护理的方法;比较两组手术患者在紧张度缓解、心率变化以及血压变化等方面表现出的差异。结果所有手术患者完成临床干预后,在紧张度缓解程度、心率变化以及血压变化等方面,同D2组患者进行比较,D1组表现出显著优势(P<0.05)。结论针对手术患者在实施手术室整体护理过程中给予舒适护理干预,能够将患者的耐受力有效提高,从而将手术成功率有效提高,将以患者为中心观念有效融入,最终显著提高手术患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of nursing care in the process of carrying out the holistic nursing in operation room. Methods 104 cases of patients with-2015 in our hospital from 08 months to 08 months in 2013. Random grouping of surgical patients by drawing lots. The names of two groups of patients were selected from D1 group（ observation group,52 cases） and D2 group（ control group,52cases）. Group D1： the choice of routine nursing care and comfort care,D2 group： chose the method of routine nursing,compared with the two groups of patients in the stress relief,heart rate and blood pressure changes.Results All patients completed the clinical intervention,in the degree of tension,heart rate and blood pressure changes,compared with the D2 group,D1 group showed a significant advantage（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions In order to improve the tolerance of patients,the patients can effectively improve the efficiency of the operation,and the quality of life of patients can be improved significantly.
