私营企业在我国国民经济发展中的贡献率日益提高,已成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。但是也必须看到,部分私营企业存在着诸多不良现象,有的还相当严重,对社会主义市场经济秩序和私营企业自身的健康发展都有着严重的影响和危害。我们必须把这一社会问题提高到相当的高度认识,从体制上、法制上、组织上、观念上和人的素质上等多方面采取积极的对策和措施,加强管理、监督和引导,规范其行为,使其健康顺利发展,成为经济发展的推动力。

The contribution rate of the private enterprises is progressively in the development of our national economy.They have already become important components in the socialist market-oriented economy.But it has come to our notice that some of them have much of delinquency,and some delinquent's conducts are quite serious.It always causes harmful to the order of the socialist market-oriented economy and the development of themselves.We must attach it seriously and adapt the operation of the system,law,structure,concept and the pelple's quality etc.The private enterprise's conduct must be monitored and regulaged,so that the private enterprises can develop in a healthy way,and propel the economy forward.
