摘要
研究了养殖过程中添加La3+和Ce3+对太平洋牡蛎肌肉指数、持水力、蛋白质、脂肪、金属元素含量和质构性能等的影响,结果表明,1μmol/L La(NO3)3使太平洋牡蛎的总蛋白含量增加,1,5μmol/L Ce(NO3)3显著降低总蛋白含量;1μmol/L La(NO3)3组的脂肪含量显著降低,而10μmol/L Ce(NO3)3组的脂肪酸含量与空白组相比显著增加。La和Ce对太平洋牡蛎闭壳肌的质构无显著影响,而10μmol/L Ce显著降低壳闭肌的持水力;La和Ce对太平洋牡蛎的金属含量也有一定影响。经1,5,10μmol/L La(NO3)3处理30 d,Zn含量分别降低了48%,60%和39%,Cu的含量分别降低了63%,32%和39%。经上述3个剂量的Ce(NO3)3处理后,Zn和Cu的含量分别降低了8%,44%,18%和0%,11%,28.6%。本研究为La和Ce两种稀土元素用于贝类养殖中提供了理论参考。
The objective of this work was to investigate the effect of addition of La3+or Ce3+during rearing on the muscle index, water holding capacity, the contents of protein, fat, metals, and TPA parameters of Crassostrea gigas.The results indicated that exposure to La or Ce did not cause changes in muscle index or muscle texture, but influenced the contents of protein, lipid, Zn, and Cu. La(NO3)3in 1μmol/L increased the protein contents in Crassostrea gigas, but 1and 5 μmol/L Ce(NO3)3reduced the index. Besides, 1μmol/L La(NO3)3reduced the lipid content, but 10μmol/L Ce(NO3)3increased the lipid content. Exposure to La and Ce did not affect the texture of adductor muscle, but 10μmol/L Ce(NO3)3significantly reduced the water-holding capacity of the muscle. Exposure to La(NO3)3and Ce(NO3)3significantly reduced the contents of Ca, Cu, and Zn. After exposure to 1, 5, and 10 μmol/L La for 30 days, the Zn contents decreased by48%, 60%, 39% and the Cu contents decreased by 63%, 32%, 39%. After exposure to the three concentrations of Ce(NO3)3, the contents of Zn and Cu decreased by 8%, 44%, 18% and 0%, 11%, and 28.6% respectively. This work provides valuable information for promoting the application of rare earth elements in marine bivalve rearing.
