摘要
介绍了莱钢大H型钢轧制过程中出现的飞边压入缺陷，并对产生原因进行了分析，通过对孔型、程序表和调整方法的调整及规范，飞边压入质量缺陷基本消除，解决了长期以来困扰大H型钢生产线产品质量的一大难题，提高了大H型铜产品的市场竞争力。
The paper introduced the flash indentation defect emerged in the rolling process of heavy H-section in Lai Steel and analyzed the causes. The flash indentation defect was basically eliminated by adjusting passes, schedules and adjustment methods. It solved a big product quality problem of heavy H-section and improved the market competitiveness.
