摘要
通过对采用抽锭式保护气氛电渣炉和常规电渣炉(非保护气氛)进行重熔的35CrMo钢进行气体含量、化学成分、机械性能及低温冲击功的对比分析,研究了两种炉台生产的35CrMo钢物理检验指标的差异。结果表明,抽锭式保护气氛电渣炉生产的35CrMo钢的气体含量、化学成分、机械性能及低温冲击功明显优于常规电渣炉(非保护气氛)生产的35CrMo钢。
Through the contrast and analysis of gas content, chemical composition, mechanical properties and low temperature impact energy of 35CrMo steel, the paper studies the differences of physical inspection indexes for 35CrMo steel produced by drawing-ingot electro slag furnace(protective atmosphere) and conventional electro slag furnace(non-protective atmosphere). The results show that the gas content, chemical composition, mechanical properties and low temperature impact energy of 35CrMo steel re-melted by drawing-ingot electro slag furnace are superior to those of 35CrMo steel re-melted by conventional electro slag furnace.
