莱钢洁净钢生产工艺的研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF THE CLEAN STEEL PRODUCTION PROCESS AT LAI STEEL

洁净钢生产是钢铁工业的一个主要研究方向。近年来，莱铜银山型铜公司炼钢厂在转炉双联工艺的研究、转炉终点碳氧积平衡技术的应用、转炉控渣出铜技术的应用及连铸全保护浇注技术的应用等方面取得显著效果。针对洁净铜生产技术中出现的问题，制定了相应的工艺与措施，形成了一套完善的洁净铜生产工艺技术，有效提高了钢水的洁净度，铸坯质量得到明显提高，生产成本持续降低。

The clean steel production is a main research direction of iron and steel industry. In recent years, the steelmaking plant of Laiwu Steel Group Yinshan Section Steel Co. Ltd. has achieved remarkable effect in research and application of the converter duplex process, balance technology of converter terminal carbon-oxygen equilibrium, the converter slag control technology during tapping of＂ moken steel and full protective casting technology. In viexv of the problems arising from the clean steel production technology, the steelmaking plant had made the corresponding technology and measures and formed a set of clean steel production technology, effectively improving the cleanliness of molten steel, significantly enhancing the casting billet quality and constantly decreasing the production cost.
