摘要
文章提出了一种小型化宽带共模噪声滤波器。首先,基于四分之一波长谐振器原理设计了共模噪声滤波器并提出了其等效电路。其次,通过引入梳状慢波结构,有效地减小了滤波器的尺寸,实现了小型化。最后,采用级联的方法显著地增大了共模噪声的抑制带宽,达到实用化目的。仿真结果表明,该滤波器在4.0-8.8GHz频率范围内实现了20d B的共模噪声抑制,相对带宽为71%,并且具有良好的差分信号传输特性。
A novel miniature and wideband common mode noise(CMN) filter is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a CMN filter is designed based on coplanar waveguide(CPW) quarter-wavelength resonator. In order to reduce the size of the filter, a slow-wave structure is loaded on the CPW resonator. Furthermore, by cascading two units, the proposed CMN filter can achieve a wide bandwidth for practical applications. The simulated results indicate that the CMN can be suppressed over 20 d B from 4 to 8.8 GHz by the filter, and the fractional bandwidth over 20 d B is 71%. The filter also holds good transmission characteristic for the differential signals.
