摘要 为了研究充填体强度形成过程中水泥、细矸率和减水剂用量对充填体力学性能的影响,在对煤矸石、粉煤灰等充填材料物化性能分析的基础上,采用中心复合实验法研究了水泥、细矸率和减水剂用量对充填体的不同龄期强度特性影响规律,建立各个养护龄期的充填体强度响应面回归模型,为现场不同龄期的充填体强度预测提供了一个科学的方法。结果表明:在整个养护龄期内,充填体强度随着水泥、减水剂的掺量增大而增大,随着细矸率的增加而降低,但降幅不大。充填体的早期强度不仅受水泥、细矸率、减水剂的单一因素影响,而且三因素间的交互作用影响显著,其中1 d强度特性回归模型为二阶响应面,3 d强度为三元二次式。充填体中后期强度受水泥、细矸率、减水剂的单一因素影响,三因素间交互作用不明显,其对强度的影响顺序为:水泥>减水剂>细矸率。 In order to study the influence of cement content,fine gangue rate and water reducer content on filling mate-rial mechanical properties,some central composite design(CCD) experiments were performed to investigate the effectof the three factors on the compressive strength at different curing periods. Response surface regression models of thebackfill strength of different ages were established by the software of Design-Export. The results show that the compres-sive strength of backfill is in proportion to cement content,water reducer content and inversely proportion to finegangue rate in the overall curing period. The initial strength of backfill is not only largely influenced by cement con-tent,fine gangue rate and water reducer content,but also affected by the interacted affection of the three factors. Thelater strength of backfill is only largely influenced by single factor,the order of effective extent is cement content,waterreducer content and fine gangue rate.
