实施多因素综合作用的动态薪酬制度的重要性

摘要 国有建筑企业枉人力资源、企业特征、员工职业、薪酬等方面具有一定的特殊性。自于生产方式的转变,工程任务不足,对员工的满意度和生活质量有直接的影响。管理人员和项目组.又有各级管理人员和大量专业技术人员和纂层工作人员和临时人员。不同类型的工作、不同岗位、不同层次的员工薪酬分配制度设计是基于广泛的市场定位不能被整合的。因此.员工薪酬的满意度明忍受到影响。直接结果魁员工对薪酬的满意,从而导致员工的离职倾向,从而避免了工作的责任和任务,在国有施工企业实施项目作为载体的综合作用,员工薪酬的动态补偿制度,
