摘要
随着塑件向轻薄方向发展和对外观要求的越来越高,塑件随之产生了很多外观问题需要模具工程师来改善,其中应力产生的塑件外观问题就是其中之一。目前改善对策通常由后续处理工艺来解决,这样不但增加了人力和设备成本,同时由于人为因素造成的不良率也不断上升,现在通过改善模具结构可从根本上解决塑件外观问题,提高了生产效率,降低成本。
