摘要
先绘制不锈钢泵壳零件三维图,利用快速成型设备制造出原型,再利用石膏及硅橡胶两次翻模技术,可快速制造出用于铸造不锈钢泵壳陶瓷型的硅橡胶凸模。利用该工艺制造的硅橡胶凸模的内在质量高,可满足铸造不锈钢铸件陶瓷型的工艺要求。
The three-dimensional chart of stainless steel pump shell was drew,and theprototype was made by rapid prototype device, using gesso and silicon rubber twice turn overmold technology can quickly make silicon rubber punch used for casting stainless steel pumpshell ceramic model. The silicon rubber punch made by this technology has high intrinsicquality, can meet the technical needs of casting stainless steel foundry goods ceramic model.
