乳酸菌阴道胶囊对治疗宫颈糜烂合并慢性宫颈炎的疗效分析

目的探讨乳酸茵阴道胶囊联合宫颈环形电切术对宫颈糜烂合并慢性宫颈炎患者的疗效影响。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月接受治疗的80例宫颈糜烂合并慢性宫颈炎患者为观察对象，按照自愿原则，将其均分为观察组和对照组，每组各80例。对照组采用宫颈环形电切术进行治疗；观察组在对照纽基础上加用乳酸菌活菌胶囊。结果观察组术后阴道流血量小于月经量的有32例，而对照组有22例；观察组阴道出血持续时间〈7d的有30例，而对照组有18例；观察组创面愈合时间〈30d的有35例，而对照组仅有25例，观察组术后情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组治疗有效率为100．00％，而对照组仅为90．00％，观察组痊愈的有31例，而对照组仅有19例痊愈，可见观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合宫颈环形电切术治疗，能有效缩短阴道出血时间、减少出血量，促进创面的快速愈合，提高治疗有效率，临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the lactobacillus vagina capsule and cervical loop cutting the curative effect of patients with cervical erosion combined chronic cervicitis. Methods Selected 80 cases of cervical erosion combined chronic cervicitis patients from January 2013 to January 2013 in our hospital were chosen as the research object, in accordance with the principle of voluntary, then were divided into observation group and control group, using cervical annular cutting technique of the treatment; Based on observation group in the control group used lactic acid bacteria living bacterium capsules. Results Postoperative vaginal bleeding amount was less than observing group, menstrual quantity of 32 cases and control group in 22 cases; there were 30 cases in observation group had an vaginal bleeding duration less than 7d in , while the control group 18 cases; there were 35 cases in observation group had wound healing time of less than 30 d, while there were only 25 cases in the control group, postoperative observation group is obviously better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Observation group treatment effective rate of 100.00%, while the control group was only 90.00%, 31 cases recovered in observation group, with 19 cases recovered in control （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Lactobacillus vagina capsule joint for the treatment of cervical loop cutting, can effectively shorten the bleeding time and reduce the bleeding and promote rapid healing of wounds, improve the treatment efficiency, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
