女性盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力异常的相关因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的采用PHENIXUSB4检测103例女性盆底功能障碍患者的盆底肌力,分析盆底肌力异常的相关因素。方法筛查103例女性盆底功能障碍患者的盆底肌力,将其按年龄、体重指数、分娩方式及分娩次数分组,并对盆底肌力异常率及相关因素进行分析。结果46-55岁,56-70岁组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维异常率较高(P〈0.01),超重组及肥胖组Ⅱ类肌纤维异常率显著高于正常组(P〈0.01),顺产组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维异常率较剖宫产高(P〈0.05),分娩3-10次组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维异常率较高(P〈0.05)。年龄、体重指数、分娩次数与盆底肌力均呈负相关性。结论控制体重,减少产科因素对盆底功能的影响,尽早开展盆底肌力的普查和康复治疗,是改善女性盆底功能障碍的重要措施。
