妇幼医院植生拉乌尔菌分布及耐药性分析

摘要 目的了解妇幼医院植生拉乌尔菌的临床分布特征及耐药性,为合理使用抗菌药物和预防控制医院感染提供依据。方法回顾性分析2011-2014年检出的34株植生拉乌尔菌的临床分布及耐药性。结果新生儿科分离植生拉乌尔菌6株,均分离自气管插管,儿科分离植生拉乌尔菌28株,均分离自痰液;植生拉乌尔菌对氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢曲松、头孢唑林的耐药率分别为88.24%、52.94%、55.88%、55.88%,尚未出现对碳青霉烯耐药及多重耐药菌株。结论妇幼医院植生拉乌尔菌的分离和耐药性呈逐年递增趋势,临床治疗应以药敏结果为指导,合理使用抗菌药物,避免多重耐药菌株出现。
