JAK—STAT通路在胃癌致病及治疗中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 JAK—STAT信号通路主要由酪氨酸激酶相关受体(tyrosine kinase associated receptor)、STAT转录因子(signal transducer and activator of transcription)以及JAK酪氨酸激酶(Janus kinase)构成。在细胞增殖、生长、分化、凋亡及免疫等方面发挥重要作用。
