大尺寸SMA弹簧在滑动隔震系统中的被动控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 将大尺寸形状记忆合金弹簧(SMA Spring)用于滑动隔震系统的被动控制。首先,利用Ni Ti记忆合金(Ni51.0Ti49.0)研制了大尺寸超弹性SMA螺旋弹簧,并通过力学试验研究了其力学性能。设计了配置6个SMA螺旋弹簧的受控滑动隔震支座(Multidimensional SMA Spring-Friction Bearing,简称MSFB)。将上述新型可复位支座用于单自由度基础隔震体系,建立了受控体系的有限元模型,对其进行了水平方向隔震控制性能的数值模拟,同时,将普通钢螺旋弹簧用于该单自由度系统的被动控制,开展了两种系统的地震响应对比分析。研究结果表明:大尺寸SMA螺旋弹簧在滑动隔震系统中具有良好的控制效果。 Passive control performance of large scale shape memory alloy spring (SMA spring) for sliding isolation system is studied in this paper. First, NiTi alloy (Ni51.0Ti49.0) is used to fabricate large scale superelastic SMA helical springs. Mechanical experiments are carried out to study mechanical behaviors of the developed SMA helical spring. Then, a configuration of six SMA helical springs around the slider in the bearing is taken into account. A single-degree-of-freedom system of base isolation with such aforementioned restorable sliding isolator is modeled by using the ABAQUS program. Seismic response of such a sliding isolation system is simulated. Meantime, another isolator consider here is sliding bearing that uses six steel helical springs to provide re-centering force. Nonlinear time-history analyses are executed to compare the performance of various isolation systems. The results indicate that the SMA helical spring exhibits excellent passive control effect in sliding isolation system.
