摘要
本工程作为一项校舍抗震加固工程,具有工期紧、专业性强、工程条件复杂的特点。通过将人工涂抹与机械喷射在质量控制,进度控制和成本控制三方面进行对比,综合考虑选择了机械喷射的施工方法。并对喷射施工工艺进行总结说明的基础上的,明确了喷射工艺的施工顺序与控制要求。最后,对于施工中裂缝与空鼓问题出现概率较大的现象,综合分析出现裂缝与空鼓的原因主要因为:复杂的现场条件与喷射工艺针对性不强;并针对这两个原因,进行了分析并提出了解决方法。
The project as a building seismic strengthening project with a tight schedule, professional, engineering conditions of complex features.By artificial smear and mechanical injection in quality control, schedule control and cost control in three areas were compared, considering the chosen method of construction machinery injection.Foundation construction technology and spray on the summary description, a clear spray process and control requirements of the construction sequence.Finally, for the construction of a larger problem of cracks and hollowing probability phenomenon, because of cracks and hollowing comprehensive analysis appeared mainly because of : complex field conditions and not targeted injection process ; and for these two reasons, carried out analysis and proposed solutions.
