鄞州外国语学校是我区的重点工程,是区政府、街道贯彻落实党的十七大提出的"优先发展教育、建设人力资源强国"的具体举措,也是区政府、街道高度关注民生,为不断优化南部商务区投资创业环境,加快新城区公共服务设施建设步伐,完善首南街道教育布局,带动新城区快速发展的重要措施。本文以鄞州外国语学校的建设为个案,解读有关风险管理的相关内容,对鄞州外国语学校建设项目的风险进行分析,提出鄞州外国语学校建设项目风险控制的对策,以期为其他学校建设项目的风险管理提供思考与借鉴。
